Aspect Sun SPF50+ Physical Sun Protection products

Dear Valued Patients,
We want to update you on an important matter regarding our Aspect Sun Physical Sun SPF50+ Sunscreen range. Early independent testing shows that two of these products may not meet their labelled SPF50+ protection. This means they may provide less protection than expected, increasing the risk of sunburn and reducing long-term sun safety. Because your health and safety are our priority, we are taking immediate action and issuing a recall of the two affected products listed below with their affected batch numbers.
Please note: all other products in the Aspect Sun range are unaffected and remain labelled as SPF50.
Affected products are only:
Aspect Sun Physical Sun Protection SPF50+ Batch Numbers: A2450, A2190, A1958, A1492
Aspect Sun Tinted Physical SPF50+ Batch Numbers: A2451, A2191, A1976, A1629
If you have purchased either of the above products with the affected batch number shown on the front top seal of the tube, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, the product itself, or clear photos of the front and back showing the batch number. We are also dedicating time to identify patients who have purchased these products, and endeavour to contact those patients.
