We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Monday – Friday, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit times may be affected with Australia Post by factors out of our control and may change without notice.
Please note we only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping currently.
We offer two delivery methods. Please see below:
- Australia Post standard shipping – $13.00
- Australia Post express delivery – $17.00
To receive free shipping, a minimum spend of $390.00 is required.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the date you purchased your item to request a return. You can return an item for the following reasons:
- The product is damaged, or the packaging is faulty
- You received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will require your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, we do not accept returns if you have changed your mind.
Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit
If you request a return correctly in accordance with the return instructions below, then—subject to any applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law—we will:
- Refund – provide you with a refund of the purchase price if the product returned is in a new, unused, and resaleable condition and the product is being returned for any permitted reason other than a change of mind; or
- Exchange/store credit – provide you with a replacement product or a store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned product if the product returned has been opened or unwrapped and the product is being returned for any permitted reason.
Damaged Items, Faulty Packaging, or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We will not accept or process returns for the following products:
- Used cosmetics
- Gift cards
